A few days ago, I had the chance to visit the Rum Fest in Paris, an event always eagerly awaited by rum lovers. This year, the presence of West Indian distilleries was really striking, with a variety of rums which delighted all the visitors.
In the hall, I was immediately attracted by the multitude of stands offering tastings. The producers of West Indies, notably those of Martinique and of Guadeloupe, were able to highlight their know-how. THE rum house renowned were present, testifying to the authenticity and richness of the aromas typical of our islands.
